How it works
On one side of FoodView 360° is a state-of-the-art facilitation room. On the other is a commercial grade kitchen. And at the center of it all is you. That means you can see the true performance of your menu development ideas as patrons interact with them. In fact, your ideas can go idea to plate, all prepared in real-world conditions.
Research and Innovation Center includes a Commercial kitchen to mimic the realities of back-of-house, a Multi-purpose room, a Viewing room for the kitchen and/or the Facilitation room, and a Facilitation room that captures duscussions with advanced audio/visual capabilities
